Here’s more information about living at Westgate One:
* Included in your rent are all your utility bills and wi-fi, so all your living expenses are covered. There is a Fair Usage Policy in place and if there is any over-usage from the terms in the FUP, this is charged at the end of your tenancy.
* If you go ahead with an application for one of our studios, you’ll need to provide details of a UK resident who can act as your guarantor for you. Usually, they’ll need to have an income of around 3 times the annual rent you’re applying for. If you don’t have someone you’re able to use, we work with a guarantor company called Rent Guarantor that can guarantee your rent.
* Couples are most welcome at Westgate One. All our studios have double beds (or bigger!) so two people can live comfortably.
* If you are a practicing Muslim, this studio is fitted with a Muslim shower, so there’s no need to bring your own!
